Download CVI am Md. Jubayer Hossain, currently serving as Deputy Manager, Technical Support & Deputy Manager, Technology for Development (T4D) at the BRAC Health Programme. With over 11 years of experience spanning IT infrastructure, digital health systems, and project management across corporate and NGO sectors, I am dedicated to leveraging technology to drive impactful development initiatives.
In my current role, I oversee IT operations, digital infrastructure, and field technology enablement across 43 Primary Health Centres, 20 Vision Centres, and 275 upazilas, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. I manage 5,200+ IT assets, lead technical support teams, administer enterprise systems, coordinate procurement, and implement innovative IT solutions to strengthen field-level healthcare operations.
Previously, I worked as an Information Technology Assistant at icddr,b, where I supported the Maternal and Child Nutrition and Severe Acute Respiratory Infection Isolation and Treatment Center projects in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar. My role involved IT helpdesk management, network security, workstation configuration, internet provisioning, and document control aligned with research protocols.
My career also includes positions as Software Coordinator at Right Click Information Technology, IT Officer at Butterfly Marketing Limited, and Sub-Assistant Engineer at Akij Group — where I gained extensive expertise in ERP system implementation, SAP user management, software support, server/network administration, and corporate IT operations.
Academically, I hold a Master of Engineering (Executive Master in Computer Science) from Comilla University, a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University, and a Diploma in Engineering Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology. I have also earned professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Google Cloud Fundamentals, Oracle 11g Forms Developer & Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate , and Digital Marketing Fundamentals.
Beyond my technical work, I actively contribute to community and professional organizations such as the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh and Pirganjbasi Kollan Somity, supporting social welfare initiatives. I am fluent in Bangla and English, with working knowledge of Hindi, and bring strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills to every role.
